to ALL. Training sessions for the freshies will still continue as per normal.. which means wed 330pm and friday 530pm.. on wednesday we'll be focusing on the technique - flagging.. just dont bring down your singapore flags on that day..

- mini-competition for the first year
- high wall climbing (where you'll understand the meaning very high and shrinking balls)
- climbing WORLD CUP FOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooo in August in SINGAPORE

another thing.. please inform and then force your fellow climbers.. those who are in HOLIDAY mood.. and hav no idea that training is going on.. to come and participate in the training.. they'll be missing on a lot of things. tks..
